System Recovery- There will be occasions when a full reinstall of windows will be required.  We will back up any data from your hard drive, reinstall windows along with all the driver software required to make you computer work properly.  We will install a security program of your choice and get you reconnected to the internet.

Virus removal - Has your computer started running slow?  Do you have an up-to-date anti-virus program running? Do you use peer-2-peer file-sharing software?  Is your computer saying you have numerous infections or problems and you need to buy software in order to resolve them?  If so, you probably have issues with viruses and/or malware.  We offer free or paid for anti-virus and anti-malware programs which will get you PC back to good health and allow you to prevent these problems occurring in the future.

Wireless Internet - We can give internet access to all your networked devices in your home, and secure the network against intruders.  These include PCs, Laptops, XBOX, PS3 and iphones.  This can allow you to share printers and transfer documents, photos and videos across your network.

We can also troubleshoot broadband related problems that your ISPs will not help with.  Perhaps you are getting slow connection speeds, or even an intermittent connection.  We can help resolve these issues.

Data Recovery - If you accidentally delete an important document, photo or video – DO NOT PANIC. There’s no need to contact specialist data recovery firms who will charge you a fortune. The first thing you must do is stop use the device on which the data is stored – this will prevent the information from being over written. We can retrieve data from hard drives, USB memory stick, SD and flash cards and many more. If the data cannot be retrieved there will be no charge. Contact us for a quote

Computer Sales - We can supply and build new PC towers to your specification – just let us know your requirements.  We can also supply laptops.  Give us a call for a quote.

Tuition - We offer training in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Access. We can also provide tuition in basic computer skills, such as using the internet, sending emails, and uploading photos from your camera.
